We were looking for a table and four chairs for our new kitchen and found nothing suitable until we visited Reynolds earlier this year. Alfredo served us and we purchased a super chrome table with glass top and four chrome chairs with wipe down seats from another set. They are smashing and have been greatly admired.

This week I had a delivery from Reynolds of my new Stressless Magic Chair and Footstool. I want to thank you for the excellent service we have had from your sales people, especially Alfredo. Now that we have discovered Reynolds we will always try your shop first. The quality is outstanding.

Recently I purchased a Nicoletti Megan, Black leather suite from your store. Reynolds came highly recommended by a couple of my friends. I have to say that they gave me very good advice.

Up until the time of entering your store, I had actually never visited. I was pleasantly surprised by the vast variety of furniture and home furnishings. As a discerning person, what I really appreciated was that the products are of high quality.

The other reason for visiting your store was that my friends both said what great customer service you provide. They were not wrong there. I have to say that every one of your employees I have met has been courteous and helpful.

The main purpose of my letter is to acknowledge the brilliant customer service your store manager, Mr. Michael Marland has provided, before, during and after my purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and Michael went the extra mile to provide help and assistance.

I am not going to say it was all plain sailing. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the suite, which were not Reynolds fault at all, but down to manufacturing. However the way in which Michael dealt with these two issues and went about resolving them was really commendable. He contacted Nicoletti and pursued both problems, until finally they were put right last week. I am now a very happy customer and fully enjoying my new suite, which is comfortable and looks great.

Sadly, it is so hard to find good customer service in this country these days. Having worked a lot in the US (where they are very customer focused). I am often disappointed on my return to the UK at the lack of good customer service in this country. However, your store and more importantly team members are a shining example of how important customer service is. The way in which they deal with a customer can determine whether you get repeat custom and/or the person recommends you to others. I would certainly be more than happy to purchase from Reynolds again and have already been recommending you to others.

Again, a big "thank you" to you, Michael Marland, Terry and the other colleague who delivered the suite. Please could you also thank the other members of your team who were involved with my purchase.

I just wanted to thank you for the very prompt, efficient and generous service concerning my Stressless chair, of which I am very fond.

We have owned the above chair for 12 years and it has been in constant daily use for the whole of that period. Unfortunately the locking clamps failed. Whilst not holding out much hope, on 27th Feb I contacted the original supplier, Reynolds of Bognor, West Sussex, to enquire about spare parts. They were very helpful and, although the 10 year guarantee on the clamps had expired, said they would contact the manufacturer to see if anything could be done.

I was amazed to receive two clamps, complete with star bit tool to fit them with, in less than 24 hours.

I would add that the chair still looks as good as new and with an occasional leather treatment is showing minimal wear.
