Recently I purchased a Nicoletti Megan, Black leather suite from your store. Reynolds came highly recommended by a couple of my friends. I have to say that they gave me very good advice.
Up until the time of entering your store, I had actually never visited. I was pleasantly surprised by the vast variety of furniture and home furnishings. As a discerning person, what I really appreciated was that the products are of high quality.
The other reason for visiting your store was that my friends both said what great customer service you provide. They were not wrong there. I have to say that every one of your employees I have met has been courteous and helpful.
The main purpose of my letter is to acknowledge the brilliant customer service your store manager, Mr. Michael Marland has provided, before, during and after my purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and Michael went the extra mile to provide help and assistance.
I am not going to say it was all plain sailing. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the suite, which were not Reynolds fault at all, but down to manufacturing. However the way in which Michael dealt with these two issues and went about resolving them was really commendable. He contacted Nicoletti and pursued both problems, until finally they were put right last week. I am now a very happy customer and fully enjoying my new suite, which is comfortable and looks great.
Sadly, it is so hard to find good customer service in this country these days. Having worked a lot in the US (where they are very customer focused). I am often disappointed on my return to the UK at the lack of good customer service in this country. However, your store and more importantly team members are a shining example of how important customer service is. The way in which they deal with a customer can determine whether you get repeat custom and/or the person recommends you to others. I would certainly be more than happy to purchase from Reynolds again and have already been recommending you to others.
