We offer an AM/PM 2 man delivery service for local and national deliveries of heavy items.

- *There may be a surcharge for some outlying areas of the UK
- Orders Over £2000 - FREE to anywhere else on the UK mainland
Please check that what you’ve ordered will fit through any passageways, doorways, stairwells on the way to the room it’s intended for. If windows or doors need to be removed or the goods taken over a balcony we can arrange this for you but costs must be agreed in advance.
If your goods are not self assembly we will deliver and place the goods in the room of your choice.
All delivery times are given in good faith and will be written on your order. Delivery times may change; if they do we will notify you. However we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss if delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. For your convenience you will be given an AM or PM delivery slot.
All sizes given are approximate and are subject to normal tolerances.
If you wish to change your order please do it as soon as possible. Once goods have been put into production suppliers may insist we accept them and so we may have to charge you a cancellation fee to cover our costs. If goods are ordered at different times we cannot guarantee a colour match.
We will be happy to store your goods free of charge for one month after delivery to our warehouse providing the goods are paid for in full. We will store your goods after this time but storage will be chargeable.
Your right to cancel an order for goods made at a distance starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
An item can be returned within 14 days of purchase if it is in a fully re-saleable condition and still in the original packaging, if not, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Beds/mattresses and pillows can only be returned if they are unused and in their original sealed packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We guarantee goods purchased from us to be free of defects. If any defect in manufacture or materials used (other than those resulting from normal wear and tear which will vary from household to household and for which we cannot be responsible) are notified to us in the first year after your purchase, we will free of charge to you, make good the defects or if we so decide, replace the defective goods.
This guarantee is in addition to suppliers’ guarantees, and also in addition to, and not detracting from, the rights which you have in law.
