Katie’s Picks: Coastal Style Favourites from Local Property Expert Katie Burrin
We’ve teamed up with Katie Burrin of Katie Burrin Property Solutions, a Felpham-based property expert who has spent over 30 years helping people across the South Coast move home. Who is Katie Burrin?
Katie has lived in this area all her life and runs an independent, boutique property service from Felpham, just along the coast from our showroom. With more than three decades in property, she knows what buyers notice when they walk through the door, and how to make a home look its best for them.

Why we're working together
Reynolds Furniture has been an independent, family-run business in Bognor Regis since 1867. Katie is an independent local business too, and has spent her whole life in the area. We both care about the people and homes on this part of the coast, and we both know the right piece of furniture can change how a room looks and feels. Working together made sense.
